great basic selary and sevice , management, Ppl either employee's stuff and guest's.

they can be very helpful If you are a student.

Great people; great perks (complimentary hotel stays plus 50% off F&B while a guest); a lot of employee acknowledgment; well-paid per industry standards

Pros

Four Seasons really looks after their employees. Great pay, excellent benefits and a very comfortable and positive work environment. Potential to advance through the company with a career. Hire based on attitude, always great people to work with.

Cons

Potentially not much job freedom as your tasks/roles/duties may be VERY clearly defined.
