Pros

Great team spirit, leadership and outlook of business development. Strong support of career growth. Respectful peer and work enviroment. Good pay and benefits. International hotel chain, great locations around the world. One of the great benefits is employees have complimentary stays at Four Seasons Hotels plus 50% F&B discount and 30% - 40% Spa discount.

Cons

Hard to find work and life balance. Long and intense work hours.
