Pros

They really put guests first. They are all about the little details. As an employee comp nights are fantastic and in the right department the perks are amazing. Excellent company for someone flexible, not tied down, and willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead.

Cons

They are a company first work place. It's a 24 hour industry and they expect you to always be willing to accommodate them. Very little work/life balance. Not a good company for someone with a family, students or commitments outside of work

Pros

Free hotel stays, decent pay, good commaraderie, regular performance reviews and goal setting. Good working environment.

Cons

The company does not focus on career development. Status is important...execs often disregard insights from lower-level employees.

Pros

Well documented operating criteria and policies and procedures. Be guided by them and communicate when they don't work.

Cons

Driven, results oriented....."24/7" committment needed. Family life could suffer.
