Pros

Compensation, fairness, friendliness, free meals during shift, caring, hotel benefits and a beautiful spa.

Cons

40 hours is required for full time therapist which isn’t always the industry standard for massage. Summers can be slow. Parking is an issue.

Pros

Lunch provided, uniforms dry cleaned for you, sunscreen provided, good tips sometimes

Cons

Short break times, unorganized management, lack of communication, lack of support, will put you as an on call employee so you don't get any additional benefits even though you may work full time hours. expectations too high and understaffed
