Pros

Been with the company for a few years. Worked my way up to my lvl. Good team. OK pay for the area

Cons

Understaffed. Upper management doesn't understand about labor issues when it's busy/slow (when busy they don't schedule enough. When quite they cut to many and the quality drops) No accountability for other departments mistakes. Kitchen staff gets tips but it's 30$ a week sometimes. Up to the servers to tip out % wise.
