Pros

Great training - they are known for being the best in service and hospitality, so you will learn that as well if you apply yourself. Good benefits. Overall very nice people to work with.

Cons

Schedule isn't super flexible. Some night and holiday shifts. Reservations specifically, you are on the phone all day which can get pretty boring if you prefer to be in a more public facing roll.

I was so traumatised after work there , I can’t find any good to say

Manager used personal insults on me , Al soo was saying he will fire me if I will not be able to do 100 rooms a day
