Pros

Employees get great discounts to stay in the properties everywhere in the world. Learn about how to provide exceptional service and professional and courtesy etiquette and manner.

Cons

Because Four Seasons is a senior brand with a long history, most of the staff have been there for a long time, which can sometimes make communication and flexibility difficult when we introduce new ideas.

Pros

- great health insurance - the team are extremely supportive and helpful - remote working with options to go into the office - lunches in office are delicious - the work itself is challenging at times but there is always support for you

Cons

- pay is slightly lower than what I would recommend for this role - moving to higher position opportunities are limited due to the structure of the company
