Pros

- International brand benefits - Great management - Good possibilities to grow - Great commissions if you're a good seller

Cons

- Growing could be difficult in the same hotel, however, in other FS properties there are plenty of options. - Not really a multicultural environment, so if you're coming from another country you'll have to adapt to the colombian culture wish is great as well.
