very flexible with schedule, pay is decent they often have something to boost pay outside of the hourly wage.

Cons

Hourly wage is not the greatest for having very high expectations of the staff.

high pay for a server in Minneapolis with great travel benefits

Cons

working in a coorporate environment and in a restaurant that attracts people who are very into taking instagram photos, not as much into experiencing elevated hospitality
