Depends on management

Pros

Hotel benefits and free lunch

Cons

Like any job, life heavily depends on quality of management. And while the Four Seasons SEEMS like a company that would care to hire good ones , alas that was not the case . Both spa manager and her direct supervisor were awful . Just truly didn’t care to follow thru on their word or resolve any issues. Honestly they mostly created the problems. The spa would probably function better without their presence or involvement

Pros

Luxurious work environment (in the front of the house), free meals, good training, brand recognition

Cons

Depressing work environment (in the back of the house), bigotry (anti-LGBTQ), and managers describe the company as very conservative.
