Pros

This place is a personality cult. If you’re an extrovert and happen to be lazy or incompetent, this place will be great for you. Just smile, talk loads and buddy up with the management. You’ll get promoted without having to do any work.

Cons

If you care about your job, want to learn and have good work ethic, avoid this place. They’ll exploit you every chance they get, until your health is ruined and you can’t work anymore. If you’re neurodivergent, this place will be hell to work at.

General Manager is a Narcist. Too much of control of everything. Favorations on ethnic backgrounds.Toxic culture. Specially working with locals is super difficult. Local staff (Maldhivian) Drink alcohol at work
