Pros

- Management does not let you get bored. - Tons of room for growth. - Management empowers you to make decisions on your own. - Health benefits are great; employee travel policies are even better - Compensation is good - Environment is created to make everyone get along

Cons

- Some crazy guests, but any hotel can have that. Besides unpleasant experience with some guests, everything else is sunshine. There are long hours, but I'm passionate about the business and company. If hospitality is not your passion, not the best match. Otherwise, come on in!

Pros

The benefits are nice and HR does a lot to keep employees engaged.

Cons

The pay and hours are pretty bad compared to other Hotel companies. There is also quite a bit of drama and gossip within the hotels, that management plays in to...it's very unprofessional.

Pros

Benefits are great from discounts on premium items and free hotel stays

Cons

You will see when you start during pre training. They have a sign that says it all " Welcome Home" and they mean it, you'll see your actual home from time to time.
