Thank you for your feedback. We agree that work-life balance is highly valued here at FWI! In regards to career advancement, we are excited to say that over 55 FWI employees have received promotions since January 2021. There are many opportunities for professional development leading to career advancements such as the mentorship program and Emerging Leaders. Our Emerging Leaders program is a nine-month course designed to expose our employees to a variety of leaders across the organization and industry. Our hope is to provide development both personally and professionally. This course includes a 360-feedback process, quarterly full-day workshops, and hands-on experience working with our clients. There are many opportunities for networking and growth through our mentorship program as well. FWI views Career Development and Advancement as a partnership between the Employee, Manager & People Operations. If you are currently at FWI and are interested in any of these programs and training opportunities, please reach out to our People Operations Team - they will be more than happy to provide guidance and answers for you to get involved.
