They are a tech forward company. They think they know a lot more than they actually do. They try to care.

Cons

Decision makers are slaves to their leverage and spin every topic. Feels like CNN or FOX news... mngmnt can not be transparent. The program is weak at best, the process and management are a concern. Adds no value to the industry in any market. FOURSIGHT 6000% asks the kool-aid kids to post positive reviews... I’ll leave that right there.

The managers allow you to do your job with out micromanagement. The pay plan provides opportunity for good pay.

Cons

There are typical growing pains, as with any company. Nothing that can't be overcome.
