Pros

I enjoy the family feeling and of working here. Work life balance, benefits, community service and feeling like my ideas matter are some of the many reasons i enjoy working here.

Limited onsite parking has been a real challenge for us in our current building. We continue to look for ways to acquire more parking onsite but the current prognosis is not good. Hopefully the monthly stipend for parking offsite helps alleviate some of the frustrations but I realize nothing is a replacement for parking directly at your place of employment. Thanks for the feedback!
