Stable job, decent co-workers, growth opportunity.

Cons

HR policies can sometimes feel challenging, especially when it comes to PTO. I've noticed they tend to prioritize certain employees, and it can be frustrating when emergency situations aren't considered exceptions. It would be helpful if there were more flexibility in these cases.

There is no good reason to work at foursight capital it is the worse company every horrible, HR don't care.. management don't care, they r to busy just trying to fire people for no reason .

Cons

Cons is the whole company hopefully one main can clean it up since they just bought them out.
