      Pros

      Moving into my first full-time role I couldn't have wished for a more welcoming, lively and inclusive environment. In conjuncture with the team's work ethic and trust, I believe this is a special place with a very exiting future.

      Cons

      The complexity of the the business is what makes it so special, thus the learning process is continuous. This is more of a challenge than a con.

      Opportunities for progression with structured succession plans Opportunity to develop a career and not just a ‘job’ Internal & External Training and fully supported CIPP qualifications Excellent Senior Management Team that actually recognise good work Forward thinking Senior Management to are always looking to continuously improve both the people and Service Provision If you are the sort of person that shows initiative and wants to be involved in improving services then your ideas will be listened to no matter what job position you are in from Trainee through to Manager Your Salary progression is in your hands – Grading structure gives you plenty of opportunities to show different strengths/capabilities/behaviours and be rewarded appropriately

      Cons

      Initial starting salary could be better however you have the opportunity to prove yourself and receive significant increases each year - in some cases in excess of 10% Can be very demanding environment to work in at times as you work to constant deadlines - that though is also down to the industry not necessarily the company Still work needed by Management team to ensure that additional work requirements do not put a strain on the actual scheduled work requirements i.e. additional projects/ad-hoc requests with overlapping deadlines.
