Cons
I've been here just over a year and in the past 6 months, so much has gone wrong. They've hired new ELTs who are driven solely by metrics and don't understand the impact it's having on the team. Nothing is fun, there aren't many more perks. The work environment is bad, management is rude and mocks employees.
