most employees and team have good people.

Cons

The company is SELLING and is not telling their employees, though making vast changes that have inherently ruined lives. The CEO Clinton and newly hired CRO Curt, do not care about anything other than making the company look appealing financially to investors. The CRO, Curt made calls to managers to fire a large amount of people the third last day of the month. This with no warning, no premise, and not a care to single-handedly put employees and their families at risk. Managers are doing anything they can to keep their jobs, through lying, manipulating, and down talking each other and reps. No matter what your standing is as a rep, your job is at risk. Most rep's don't even last a year.

During my time here I've had the ability to work at my own pace, in my own manner - when completing my role's tasks. The other co-workers are incredibly kind and helpful, which has made the onboarding process a lot easier.

Cons

None come to mind to be completely honest.
