Pros
HS has embraced evolving and adapting during the pandemic. Employees have proved that they are still responsible and productive while working from home. The company minimized office space while keeping some available for those who want to use it and allows employees to work remote.
Cons
There were some challenges at the beginning of the pandemic including furloughs and lay-offs of experienced, knowledgeable employees. Benefits and salaries don't always match the currently industry and the company has lost additional talent - but has made recent promises to re-evaluate. While working remote is a positive, the company's culture has suffered for it.
