Really looks afer the staff lots of perks on regular basis, fruit in the office each week, summer and christmas parties, simply health benefit, Reward and recognition, flexible approach to hours
Cons
sometimes you have to work extra hours at busy periods but after working in payroll for over 35 years I've never worked for a company that you don't work extra hours at busy periods its the nature f the job
