Pros

Some amazing individuals in the Sales/Opps/Service/Dev team. Decent training for individuals and ongoing learning in the business. Opportunity to work with well-known and great clients in the hospitality industry.

Cons

Some of the management are extremely patronising, wary of more junior staff getting credit. Very low market/sector salaries for junior & mid-level staff (workload not at all commensurate to pay)

Too much work, not enough staff

Pros: Remote work, good projects

Cons

Cons: Staff uncertainty, too many conflicting priorities for a small amount of people. Some people massively over worked to get things done and very under appreaciated. Recently had a reorg which meant staff were let go and this makes it harder to deliver. Over 60-70hours per week to deliver projects

Very corporate now. Lost the culture. All of the UK senior management team slowly left (kicked out) no recognition of those who go above and beyond
