The people, the staff around you are very supportive and friendly

Management. If you make an opinion clear, you’re being negative. Too much workload on one person it’s pyshically and mentally draining. They’ll work you until you drop.

Collaboration really shined during the pandemic Management is solid and doing a good job managing growth

Cons

Sometimes you're stretched given the multiple workflows and a bit of tenure issues, but that is typical when mergers occur - hopefully turnover will return to normal.
