Was definitely a good place to work. I liked my boss he was the best. Always had a good time at work

The only problem I seemed to face was some of the other employees. They seemed a bit stuck up

Good central office location in london

Cons

Clique at top line their pockets while lower level staff toil endlessly. Staff expected to work on Christmas day as a norm. Board unable to create and stick to long term strategic goals. Many short term initiatives sway the company from one direction to another, are not seen through and are their cost not understood. Products are old, patched on top off and are dangerous for clients to get on board.

Whilst all our employees do work tremendously hard for us at Fourth and demonstrate commitment which is second to none, this should never be to the detriment of work-life balance.
