      Pros

      I have been working in the Sofia office of Fourth for more than 3 years now. The team spirit is amazing - there are amazing professionals and people that work here and everybody supports each other. There are many people you can learn from and that will support your development - just need to grab opportunities.

      Cons

      The business is developing quickly, so sometimes it is a bit chaotic, decisions are taken very quickly and this causes frustrations to some people. But after all, we need to be mature and adapt to the business needs. Transparency of information can be better.
