Fantastic people, good culture, the work is challenging at times but always enjoyable!

Not really any. The only thing would be that I think processes could be looked at and strengthened.

No hours what so ever so if your looking for a job which you would get paid a lot and would be working a lot then wouldn’t recommend

Some interesting comments and observations. I dont agree with all of it but will continue to reflect - particularly on the points of a top heavy structure and internal promotions. I do feel we could be better here and whilst we do make strong efforts to equip new managers we can do better in 2019. Be interested in talking to you more about your thoughts here if you fancy it.
