Thank you for your wonderful review full of positives. I particularly liked that you highlighted our focus on values, careers, opportunities and employee wellbeing. We also listened to the feedback you and others provided around our pay structure for our Bureau Department by changing our bandings in July and our approach to career advancement. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and pointing out our team spirit as well our 'grown up' approach to working. In 2017, we increased our minimum holiday entitlement to 25 days in the UK with the option to buy 3 more days and increase further through years of service. We also have expanded the House of Excellence, our learning and development programme to allow people to learn new skills. In this way we can develop more internal talent rather than hire in short-term consultants. I would love to have a discussion with you if you have some ideas about how we could further help employees get exposure to new areas. We are always looking for ways to improve!
