Pros

As a part of the Technology department, I can only say that my first months have been exciting. I've always received support and guidance along with interesting projects. I've been always given the freedom to explain my preferences in terms of future career so my manager could take that into account for future projects and personal development.

Cons

Not any cons to date. The business is growing fast so you would need to be fast paced.

Pros

Occasional freebies from clients which the Account Managers shared with us. Also the London office is based in the heart of Covent Garden which is great for shopping and entertainment.

Cons

No clear vision or direction for the role yet very aggressive approach from management. The organisation are reluctant to spend money on projects in line with growth which impacted delivery significantly. Also all staff outside of account management had to use only Skype and email for communication.
