      Pros

      Great specialists around you Strong team support for novices Сompetent management Clear feedback about your work and performance A lot of opportunities for improving your skills (trainings, conferences etc.)

      Cons

      Office is quite small, crowded and noisy. And we need more fruits at the morning :)

      Pros

      A bunch of amazing people who are all passionate about what they do. Flexible working means a good work/life balance and the People Ops team work hard to deliver lots of things to make everyone's life a little bit nicer.

      Cons

      Lots of change and expansion (moving towards a global strategy) recently means that all teams are under a lot of pressure. Consistency in communication and processes need tightening up to make things run smoother. Can get quite stressful.

      Pros

      I haven't been at Fourth long, but have so far really enjoyed my time here. One very obvious importance to the company is the culture and people here, all of whom have been very approachable and friendly - a very welcoming team! Everyone seems very passionate about what we do and so far it seems like a great company to work for!

      Cons

      I haven't yet really experienced any cons. They company is clearly going through a big growth stage which is all very exciting to be a part of, and this was clearly explained to me before joining. It seems that a key aim of Fourth at the moment is to introduce a bit of process, which is needed to scale the company at the rate we would like to.

      Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback and pleased to hear that you have been made to feel welcome. This is an exciting time for us as we look to go up a gear and become more global. Whilst we do have some good processes in place, we are aware of the fact that to be truly scalable we need to be able to replicate all the good things we do in a simple way. I am also pleased that what you are experiencing is as sold in the interview process
