      Great company values, honest, fun, positive co-workers. Great benefits and company involvement in charity. Centrally located office always a plus.

      Pros

      Some amazing individuals in the Sales/Opps/Service/Dev team. Decent training for individuals and ongoing learning in the business. Opportunity to work with well-known and great clients in the hospitality industry.

      Cons

      Some of the management are extremely patronising, wary of more junior staff getting credit. Very low market/sector salaries for junior & mid-level staff (workload not at all commensurate to pay)

      Working with passionate and talented people Having the opportunity to disrupt an entire industry Everyone is open to new ideas and experiments Working in central London Agility Growing fast

      Cons

      As of November 2016, the company is still in the early days of agility but has an incredible drive to improve and make things better. The company has maybe outgrown the London office which feels a bit crowded

      Really pleased to hear your feedback. Our values and our people are at the center of everything we do. Combine this with an openness to learn, sheer talent and opportunity and you have the makings of a great company. Due to our success, we have grown a lot in London and we are now looking at some alternative space options to help ease the strain a little.
