      Pros

      I wouldn’t suggest it after a few months off carrying for them. Use them as a learning curve.

      Cons

      They are unorganized! They will send you to wrong location and then will ask you to take bigger loads for same pay! I drop off early and pick up early. They have poor communication and are unorganized! Pay the extra get your own #s and learn!

      They dispatch for you, sometimes.

      Cons

      Most dispatchers lack decent communication. Poor management Managers are rude If they owe you money, they’ll duck your calls. Dispatchers try to get you to take less per load to fill their pockets. Disorganized
