      Nice easy and laid back and air conditioned. The pay is very competitive as well.

      Cons

      A lot of waiting around for when the machines are down.

      solid 40 hrs. a week, pay isn't too bad and overall management and training is maintained pretty well.

      Cons

      Long hours during the middle of the day. but if you get a morning shift there are no cons
