      Pros

      Great place to work! If you work hard you will move up. Great benefits and they care about their employees. If something needs to be done it gets done. I've been at other companies where this is not the case. At the end of the day your building a quality product that is really cool!

      None. It is a very blue collar company.

      Employee base - in particular the Engineering department - is primarily comprised of similarly-minded racing enthusiasts who use the products we design themselves.

      Cons

      The company started 40 years ago in one 1,600 SqFt building. Rapid growth and geographical dispersion over the last 10 years has created challenges to best communications and coordination.
