      Pros

      FOX FACTORY is a wonderful company to work for. It is a high energy, fast paced environment that offers a comfortable workplace. The employees are very friendly, and believe in the team concept. Leadership is accessible and open to hear the ideas of the employees. I have been with FOX for less than a year, but everyday I still enjoy going to work! If you have the opportunity to work for FOX, do it!

      Fox truly cares about the employee workforce and ensuring there is work-life balance. There are employees with long tenure and a sense of pride from the workforce. Proud to be a part of this organization.
