      A decent place to work.

      Pros

      This position has very little micromanaging. The work hours are fair and overall the employees are easy to work with. Very casual work atmosphere.

      Cons

      The company does not pay their employees any where near industry standards. Fox Factory is so busy growing and meeting their quotas that they lose sight of focusing on their actual employees. Very little vacation/PTO.

      Pros

      cool product, cool building, but that's about it.

      Cons

      management and upper leadership is hot garbage. HR is also awful- the 2 girls who are there now don't ever escalate any personnel issues. very rude when i went in there to talk to them. treated me like i was a nuisance. benefits are also awful. seriously a joke. c-suite is too good to come down and talk to anyone. i am bummed bc i thought this company was going to be great.
