      Pros

      The company is full of passionate people in all levels which help drive it forward.

      Cons

      Since Bob Fox Sold it off to The Compass Group it went from a family type environment to a more corporate setting. It was both good and bad for with the increased capital came increased accountability.

      Pros

      Competitive benefits package, despite lower salary levels across all roles. Clean work environment in most areas of the facility. Convenient parking available for employees.

      Cons

      Working on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays is frequently mandatory. Meetings often have a high-pressure communication style and negative tone. Employees are frequently assigned additional responsibilities and workload without any compensation adjustments. High employee turnover. Many employees do not wish to remain with the company long-term.
