Benefits are about the only thing.

Cons

Terrible workplace. Terrible management. Managers too busy being “buddies” Good workers get booted out while the bad ones get credit. High school clique environment that embraces putting other people down especially people of color. Two faced managers that lie in your face. Teamwork is a joke. I hope this place gets everything coming to them.

very unreliable place to work, they had 3 lay off and 1 year, upper management have no idea what they are doing.
