      Pros

      Great deals on industry gear internally and externally. Your friends will respect you because of the company. Lots of awesome people working there

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously low medical benefits are a joke management is completely out of touch and only focused on keeping shareholders happy. Was asked multiple times to write a positive review on Glassdoor to help there score so also unethical.

      Incredible people, good pay, great future if they can bring it together.

      Cons

      No leadership or training. C-suite is too good to actually interact with employees. Coffee talks went no where, complaints that were escalated to HR were not addressed, just pushed under the rug to not make the leadership didn’t look like the factory was having issues. No communication. Benefits are embarrassing
