You don’t need experience. They will hire anyone that walks trough the door.
Cons
The ppl they put to train you don’t really train you properly why? Because they think you might take their job. Also today they might have you in one machine and tomorrow if a girl or guy that the lead or supervisor like more decides they want to use your machine well I guess your out of luck and you have to go else we’re to train again. They don’t care about your health you can tell the lead something hurts if it’s possible to be moved to a different machine all he does is look at you like if You were crazy and says with a smirk in the face , ah nope you stay here. Another thing if you would like to try on a new machine they say no but you f a new employee comes that’s were they put them in the machine they just told you 10 min ago they couldn’t train you at. Also ppl here don’t last they work 1-2 weeks and their gone or they fire you their all about quantity not quality so if your parts quantities are low more likely your but is out the door. It’s sucks working their bit what can I do my family needs to eat and we need a roof over our heads . One last thing the HR Lady instead of working for the employees it looks like she’s all for the best outcome for the employer, she don’t care about your problems they just want to find any little thing just so they can have a reason to fire you.
