Childish/petty/uneducated branch manager, positioning of employees based on skills, preying into techs personal life via ILP's, pointless book reading, inclusion issues, hiring people that no one will hire

They force a lot of employees to use their own personal phones for work. After having worked a year there thousands of people had direct access to me 24/7/365. Not everyone would take advantage of this but I would get weekend calls at time or late night calls constantly. They also do not reimburse you for the use of your own phone. In addition to this, they violate your legal rights to discuss wages with coworkers. At my branch the only 2 black people that worked for us made about 3 dollars less than anyone else and had been there the longest. The manager found out we were talking about this and threatened to fire me if I was. I acted clueless and he thought the new person was lying about it.
