Pros
Good people to work with and good leaders for the most part, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money, they provide a lot of good trainings on how to sell and provide you a lot of assistance with sales, they don’t micromanage you too much and stats/numbers don’t seem to run your whole job there as long as you’re doing your job to the best of your abilities but that might change with them being bought out.
Cons
The opportunity to make a lot of money is there, but I think you should make commission on every sale you make instead of waiting until you earn 50 points, even if it’s just like 3 percent or something until you get to 50 points.
