Cons
Fox has near-constant turnover from the highest levels to the lowest. They rarely hire from within for higher positions and fill management with people unfamiliar with pest control or management. Fox is constantly trying to be the best but has high costs compared to the competition and has some shady business practices such as raising prices without notices to customers.
