Tough job but we all know that already. I’m gonna be completely honest here, they love to take the moral high ground and say “it’s not about the money” or this and that. I’m sorry but a summer sales company is a multi level marketing scheme. It’s defiantly about how many guys you can recruit and how much you can sell. Stop pretending like it’s not. Also, reps that don’t sell a lot can be showered and treated like kings who actually do sell. I support treating everyone good, but I’d constantly feel undervalued for my performance when I’d see other dudes getting worshipped for doing half of the sales I could.
