Work from home. Amazon gift cards for performance reviews. If you are white and mormon this is the place for you.

Cons

Scott is somehow in charge of sales. he is a very nice person, but inadequate for the role. The company has outgrown him. Very Mormon based, meetings will involve scriptures and scripture stories. The old boys club is still alive and strong at Fox
