Pros

This is a very great company. They have high standards they hold them self and their employees to. They have a genuine care for each employee and want them to succeed in life and will help them to do that, even if it means not in the company. The owners of the company are some of the greatest people I have ever met.

Cons

This is a very hard job. Right now I am working in sales over the phone and over the summer I do door to door sales. It is a demanding, mentally and physically hard job and can be very discouraging at times. That is just part of the job, but I also learn a lot and the pay is good. Overall it is worth it.

We have the greatest team and culture here at Fox. We work as a team to get everything done and our management is top notch. It really is like working in a family. There are busy days here but never bad days here.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, but the team makes it worth it.
