Lack of communication with management and office staff

It’s a bit of a toxic environment that’s makes you fight for time off in the Summer even a couple days. They also try and have people buy into the “idea” that you shouldn’t work for money, but for the purpose of the company. Bottom line they don’t treat the lower people well, unless you know someone in upper management.
