Great work environment. If you enjoy working with people of similar attitudes and drive, this will fit you well. It is a great place to learn leadership skills as well, and you'll get to work close with a team to achieve your goals. Everyone is working to help you get better as well, providing many sources and opportunities to improve.

Cons

There is a base pay, but your income will largely come from commission based on your sells. If selling isn't a strong point, it can be frustrating to see the smaller checks.
