Pros

Good people. Will send help if they see you’re struggling the job done. Company truck so no mileage on your vehicle. 8-5 job if you know what you’re doing and fast enough

Cons

Work in sun pretty much all day. Have to convenience customers on their schedule (meaning you’ll work late). Carrying extra weight on your back regularly (50lbs)

Oxford branch: some fun people to work with, meet new people every summer (new sellers and technicians)

Cons

Poor management, disorganized, mean customers, office and branch managers have a superiority complex, sexist (almost all technicians are male, almost all office workers are female, management would interview females for office positions even if they applied for technician positions and vice versa for males, even though the office workers are predominantly female the office manager is male, no females in management positions)
