Pros

Made some friends from co-workers

Cons

They expect you to work for nothing, and don’t even think about asking for a raise. They don’t have a good business structure and there is only gossip. If you are deemed as a favorite you will be okay but if not you are micromanaged until you quit.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Coworkers are generally fun to be around.

Cons

Ownership would like to say that they really care about the people, but they clearly have their favorites and not everybody fits into that category. Retention and turnover was very demoralizing.

Pros

The company helps develop many professional skills that go beyond the job. These skills can help you when you leave to pursue other jobs. The set of core values are great standards to live by, not just in the work place. The people you work with are also great.

Cons

FOX has a mentality that everyone is part of a "family". This mentality gives the employer power over the employees to overwork, under pay, and under appreciate their employees because they say "Hey, were a family and family helps family when they need you!" This mentality can seem great at first, but then come the calls and texts at 6:00am on Saturday morning. There is an expectation that you will answer all questions that come to you outside of work hours. And for a company that severely underpays their employees, it is almost a joke to see how much they expect from their employees on their personal time. However, they do compensate you for being overworked, under paid and under appreciated by providing a taco or pizza lunch once a quarter (more often if they have taken the sales reps on a cruise or to Hawaii--to make it seem like there is a consistency in "Sharing the Profits").
