Dear Former Team Member, We are sorry that you felt unhappy with your experience at Fox. Start Technicians have demanding jobs, as they are performing all initial services during our busiest time of year. This often requires technicians to work 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. We recognize this schedule is grueling, and we do our best to provide our Start Techs with a clear understanding of what their summer will look like. However, we strive to provide our Start Techs with competitive pay and advancement opportunities. Their strenuous summer schedule is also not permanent. At the end of the summer, many of our Start Technicians are hired on as year-round technicians, with predictable routes and a typical 8-5 workday. These technicians are also eligible to receive increased pay and benefits. We are sorry that we were not a good fit for you, and we wish you the best with your future career.
